The Consecrated Women seek to spread the Gospel to the different sectors of society, seeking to understand these milieus, to learn to relate to the people who live in them, to know the language that is spoken, their concerns, their joys, fears and hopes.
Their apostolate
Luly Fernández
Luly Fernandez is from Mexico and has served in a large variety of apostolates in several different fields over her 30 years of consecrated life. Luly has obtained a Masters in Guidance and Counseling and a Doctorate in Education. She served many years as director of Mater Ecclesiae College and then in 2011, Luly served as Territorial Director for New York for one year, before heading to Rome to serve as General Counselor until 2014. She then became Vice Director of Le Chatelard Academy, an international boarding school in Switzerland until 2021. Currently, Luly is serving in Washington, DC with women and married couples. Luly also serves as a board member at Divine Mercy University.
Margarita Martínez
Margarita was born in Mexico City and has been consecrated for 27 years. She has served in Mexico, United States, Ireland, Spain, Colombia and is currently in Switzerland. Her passion is the human heart. She is motivated to accompany each person to discover the gift they have received from God and to help them on their path of personal growth. She sees her current mission as a way to do this within her virtual community of “Con M de Maria” where she reaches over 124K followers with her posts, videos, live streams and pilgrimages.
Paulina Núñez
Paulina Núñez is Mexican, has been consecrated for 24 years. She is currently a professor of Social Responsibility at the Francisco de Vitoria University (UFV) in Madrid and will begin her doctorate in Integral Ecology. In February 2020, she joined with another Consecrated Woman, María Zitto Soria, and some young Regnum Christi members and students to form the first “Laudato si’ UFV-RC” team, established within the university. They offer formation, reflection and action around the Care of our Common home, coined by Pope Francis in his encyclical Laudato Si.
This apostolate is carried out through participation in projects and works of evangelization in academic, artistic, communication, digital and cultural environments, as a concrete way of bringing the Gospel to the realities in which we live.
