The RC Atlanta Men’s Section is sponsoring an “RC Men’s SummerFest” August 29-30. The overnight event will be held at the beautiful Carmel Retreat Center in Hoschton, GA.

Why? Sometimes a guy just needs to get out for some good clean fun with his “band of brothers”, and that is reason enough! But for those who need more information, the fun will be filled with sacramental grace to nourish and strengthen men through the renewal of our spiritual community.

There is going to be a wide variety of activities for all interests including: poker, “closest to the pin” golf, horseshoes, movies, team sports, and most importantly, fellowship with friends. Where 2 or 3 are gathered, God is there, and the RC Men’s summerfest will be a time to gather together with him and build true community- communion.

With the demand for this event, camping outside the retreat center is an option for those attending to enjoy the gorgeous outdoors. All meals, snacks, beverages, and lodging are included in the cost. The event will begin at 1:00pm on Saturday and end at 1:00pm after Mass on Sunday afternoon.
