Eugenia was born in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1980 and has been a Consecrated Woman of Regnum Christi since 1999. She holds a degree in Spiritual Theology from the Centre Sèvres, run by the Society of Jesus, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Spiritual Exercises at the University of Comillas. She has been involved in apostolic work in Argentina, Mexico, Chile, and France, and moved to Rome in 2020 after being elected as a general councilor.
